Basic Criminal history check Policy Provisions

* New Staff Employees

o Great new Staff employees shall have the following background record checks completed as a condition of employment with American Acme Corporation. – Credit standing background check – with regard to completed by American Acme Corporation Hr Services

o Should the American Acme Corporation has performed any of the above verification or history criminal history on your own within prior year, an up-to-date verification or history national criminal database free court records search of that specific category will halt required. The final results of the previously performed verification and/or history criminal record check will be considered in any pending employment decision.
